If I have to check which complaints have assigned me for completion of work then there has specific provision to check this . New Updated Software have given this Feature to user for checking with ease.
Procedural steps to check assigned Complaints :
1. Login to Societyrun
2. Go to User Side by clicking on ” User ” Option
3. Click on ” Heldesk” Module and select ” Assigned Ticket” blog to check all assigned complaints.
4. After clicking on ” Assigned Ticket ” module , user can check and view complete details of assigned complaint from there.
