User or admin can add Complaint / Request / Suggestion from Helpdesk Module .
Procedural steps to add Complaint /Request/Suggestion :
1 . Login to Societyrun
2. Go to User side by clicking ” User” Module and click on “Helpdesk” Module.
3. Then click on ” Add Ticket ” to Add complaint or Request or Suggestion from there.
4 . Once complaint gets add , its mail is delivered to that person and assigned person.
User can change the complaint status from helpdek module . By clicking on specific complaint , user can change Status.
For Ex: Such as Open to close. or close to open or open to hold . It will be anything.
